BCE. Best Company Ever.
Our Story
Bespoke Consultancy & Education Limited was founded in 2013 by Alison, who has worked in Domiciliary Care, Learning Disabilities, set up and ran a Young Carers Project, been an Assessor, Internal Quality Assurer, Social Care course leader in a local College, Alison is also the Chair of Trustees for a charity that supports Individuals with mental health and learning difficulties. She is passionate about raising the standards in social care and helping others. Alison is a Dignity Champion and wants to raise the awareness of dignity through her work. Whilst the company has grown considerably it remains a family run business.
Tony, Alison’s husband, joined the business in August 2015. His background is management in the motor trade. He runs the office and administration team. He has learnt a lot about social care in the past few years and has the same drive and passion as Alison to make changes to the way people work in social care. He has been an invaluable member of the team as he has seen the social care sector with ‘fresh eyes’ and has questioned the way we work in the social care sector.
Our team of trainers have been selected on their range of experience and quality of training. When we recruit we look for trainers that have the passion to make positive changes and improve the standard of care. We have extensive experience within the social care sector and have a passion and drive to help people deliver high quality care. Our high quality training has been recognised by Skills for Care who have endorsed us as a high quality training provider.
We are conveniently situated in Clevedon with great transport links to the whole of the UK ensuring we can work nationwide. We work with each person/organisation individually to ensure we meet your own specific needs. We are ordinary people with a passion and drive to make changes and support people in the Health & Social Care, Early Years, Business and Customer Service.
Our Mission Statement
At BCE we have worked with our staff to develop our Mission Statement and Values. As a team we have decided our Mission Statement is:

Medium Term Ambition
Health & Social Care
BCE to have an excellent reputation for providing training that goes above and beyond the expectations of the Learner and their Employer. Feedback and evaluations will include evidence that Learners have improved in their role as a direct result of the training they have received from BCE.
Medium/Long term Ambitions
To develop a training centre that is recognised for providing training that benefits the Learner, Employer and most of all the Individual who is receiving support.
How will we achieve this as the people responsible for the above?
- We accept responsibility as a group of individuals that WE ARE THE COMPANY. How we are to ourselves and to each other is how the company will be. We have no one else to blame!
- We will only talk to the person who can make a difference. We accept that complaining to a colleague who can’t make a difference will have a negative effect on the business and thus on us as individuals.
- We accept that success does not come from never making mistakes. When we make mistakes, as we will do, we will act with integrity to right them and learn from them.
- We will only be the best we can be, if we take action. The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.
