Thank you very much Emma, Lizzie and Amiee. It’s been great working with you all! I’ve learned so much from all of you!

As I was new to care work the training has helped me to think about why we do things a certain way eg. Agreed ways of working, legislation. It also supports me by ensuring I am providing good practice in all areas. My assessor checks in regularly to ensure I am managing the work and has been extremely supportive.

Completing this training has given me more confidence in myself. Throughout this course as well as the start of the coronavirus, I have had continued help. My tutor found the way to make sure I could finish my course without having to meet face to face which was a bit more awkward as an assessment.
