Just wanted to say I have really enjoyed this course, it has helped motivate me and given me ideas and actions I can implement! I did not feel that being ‘online’ for this course really affected the delivery or learning at all, it was engaging and everyone had their say. Thank you for your support and knowledge! I feel sure that our paths will cross again!

We had particular problems with CQC regarding our training and gaps identified, once I explained this to BCE, and was able to arrange a meeting and put together a plan to fulfil all of these courses and now funding has been approved we are booking everything in. Overall, BCE has been instrumental with all our training needs and helping us move forward.

BCE was recommended to us by a local care service. Jake has taken the time to get to know us, understanding our service in which we run and our limitations. We really appreciate that Jake has opened up many doors and continues to do so for staff education, making us aware of available funds and courses. This is greatly improving our education and service. Together we have built a wonderful working partnership and may it continue.
