As a minimum the successful candidate will...
✓ Have experience in the Health and Social Care sector
✓ Hold a valid Assessor qualification
✓ Have a sound knowledge of teaching and assessing
✓ Have a sound knowledge and be competent with Functional Skills
✓ Experienced teaching and assessing up to Level 5
✓ Be energetic, have excellent communication, administration and organisation skills
✓ Hold a driving licence, have your own transport and be willing to travel, this may involve the occasional overnight stay
✓ Be confident with IT, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
✓ Be confident using an e-portfolio
