As a Business Administrator Apprentice at a fun and friendly care home. This role will include data inputting, training course administration, dealing with enquiries via telephone and email. You will be dealing with all aspects of administration for the home including resident admission, recruitment and some HR duties.

You will enjoy being a multi-tasker who can work well under pressure. You like the idea of being part of a professional team, working together and contributing to the success of the care home. You’ll need to enjoy working with people, you will most likely be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and internal support colleagues.
During your period of training as an administrative apprentice you will be assigned a learning mentor who will guide and support you through the training programme.
Ideally you will need to have a good basic education with GCSEs (or the equivalent) including English and Maths. Ideally, the successful applicant will be competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
