As an Adult Care Worker apprentice, you will receive training and support to provide outstanding care in partnership with Bespoke Consultancy and Education Limited.
Duties include:
✓ To undertake a range of tasks suited to the level of training and development
✓ Delivering quality personal care to each of the residents
✓ Develop and maintain positive relationships with the residents, family, visitors and colleagues
✓ To understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, including Health and Safety
✓ To carry out activities in a safe and diligent manner
✓ To attend and fully participate in regular training and development reviews

No experience required.
Training is provided:
The moment your journey begins as an apprentice, you will become an employed member of staff, you will be paid an hourly rate and you will work toward gaining a full Level 2 Adult Care Worker.
You will also be provided the Functional Skills - Maths & English Level 1 or 2 if required
