The new Accounting Apprenticeship Standards detail the knowledge, skills and behaviours that need to be accomplished by the Apprentice.
Duration: The length of the programme is approximately 15-18 Months.
Qualification: Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accountancy
Details of standards
The qualification provides you with the required skills to undertake the role of an Assistant Accountant. You will be working alongside professionals in an accounting environment where you will gain experience of assisting in day to day financial activities. You will be provided with the practical, technical and professional skills required to prepare yourself for business.
This qualification is aimed at learners with experience and knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and builds on the skills developed at Level 2.
You will cover the following knowledge:
